At HBADA Official, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience. If your chair doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and pack it into its original shipping box with all components, manuals, and protective packaging included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
